With over twelve (12) years of dedicated experience in Human Resources, I bring a potent blend of expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the table. My journey in HR has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, leading me to establish my own HR-focused enterprise. Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Business and Computer Studies from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and certifications in Human Resource Management from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean and Mona School of Business in Transformational Leadership, I am a firm believer in continuous learning and growth.
