Skills Acquisition Services provides end-to-end support for J1 and H2B participants, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. Our services include tailored pre-departure and on-site training in both soft and technical skills, helping participants prepare for their specific industry roles and adapt culturally. We assist with resume building, application preparation, and interview coaching to meet U.S. employment standards. Once in the U.S., participants receive ongoing mentorship to navigate workplace adjustments and cultural differences, and after the program, we offer career support to help them leverage their U.S. experience for future opportunities. This holistic approach empowers participants, enhances their confidence, and maximizes their potential for success in the program and beyond.
